Thought for Tuesday
No essay for Tuesday, just this
thought:
I watched Pierce
Brosnan on "Inside the Actors Studio." James Lipton asked him to say, "Bond...
James Bond." Brosnan did, with a bit of discussion as to the various ways you
can play it, the pauses and
intonations.
How on Earth did
Lipton not ask the question I have always wanted to know the answer to? I have
always wanted to know about the first time an actor says that line with the
cameras rolling. Doesn't he succumb to a complete fit of laughter saying those
words? Wouldn't you?
