Crisis.
"Battlestar Galactica" started without
us. TiVo must have sensed our (unintentional) apathy and deleted the first
episode - after all, it has been recording reruns all summer which we have
steadfastly refused to
view.
So now I am all
discombobulated, because I have seen the third episode of the season but not the
first two. The second episode is sitting on the TiVo because John realized at
some point that these were new episodes, not reruns. I will have to go back in
time a bit whenever I have 40 minutes to spare and catch up as best I
can.
But how pathetic is it
that we have a machine that records the things we want to see automatically and
we still missed the opening episode of one of our favorite shows? I shall be on
guard in future - the new season of "House" is not going to get by
me.
